Welcome to DTS Packers and Movers! We are committed to providing you with exceptional moving services. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, efficient, and stress-free moving experience for all our clients.

Booking Policy

– *Reservation*:

To secure your moving date, a reservation must be made in advance. We recommend booking at least two weeks prior to your intended move date.

– *Deposit*:

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final moving cost.

– *Cancellation*:

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your move. If this happens, please notify us as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations.

This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers who may be waiting for our services. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with preparing for your move, such as reserving trucks and movers, and purchasing packing materials. The amount of the cancellation fee will vary depending on the size and complexity of your move, as well as the amount of notice given.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. By providing us with as much notice as possible, you can help us to minimize disruption and ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality moving services to all of our customers.

Moving Policy

– *Packing*:

Our team is trained to pack your belongings with care. However, we recommend that you personally pack valuable or sentimental items.

– *Inventory*:

An inventory list will be created, and a copy provided to you for confirmation. It is your responsibility to review and approve the inventory list.

– *Heavy Items*:

Additional charges may apply for items exceeding a certain weight or requiring special handling.

Payment Policy

– *Estimates*:

We provide free, no-obligation estimates based on the inventory and services required.

– *Final Payment*:

We take 80% payment after the packing process. The remaining 20% balance is due upon completion of the move. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

– *Disputes*:

Any disputes regarding the final charges must be addressed within 24 hours after the move.

Liability Policy

– *Standard Liability*:

We offer basic liability coverage for items damaged during the move, subject to limitations and exclusions.

– *Additional Insurance*:

For full protection, we recommend purchasing additional moving insurance.

– *Claims*:

All claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the move.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing moving services and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

We take precautions to protect your information both online and offline.

Prohibited Items
